You must read these Terms carefully before you use your reward points. The Terms contain important information, including limitations of liability.

Introduction
- These Terms and Conditions form the basis of the La Beauty Rewards Program. They are intended to protect members and itt is the member’s responsibility to read and understand them.
- Membership is open only to individuals and a valid mobile number and email address.
- Every Member is bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Membership is offered at the discretion of La Beauty. La Beauty has the right and may in its discretion, suspend or terminate the participation by you.
- By using your reward points, you agree to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Notice, as amended from time to time.
- To receive Reward Points, the member must provide valid contact details (mobile, email address and address) and agree to receive direct marketing.
- You must advise La Beauty of any change of name, address or other details as soon as practicable after the change. La Beauty is not responsible for any failure by you to notify La Beauty of the change. La Beauty may require acceptable proof in relation to any change of details.
Reward Points
- Reward Points are only usable by the member accruing the points and can only be redeemed at La Beauty.
- Reward Points are rewarded on the purchase of services, appointments, stock and on promotions offered by La Beauty unless otherwise stated.
- You may earn Reward Points on each Eligible Transaction and Bonus Rewards Points, or because of promotional or incentive programs offered by La Beauty from time to time.
- In order to earn Reward Points, you will need to confirm your name and contact number at the time of the Eligible Transaction.
- You can redeem your Reward Points at any time on any services or products.
- You cannot receive Reward Points on services or products that have been paid with Reward Points.
- Reward Points can not be transferred or are redeemable for cash.
- La Beauty may deduct from your Rewards Program Account any Reward Point that have been credited to your Let’s Indulge Rewards Account in error or as a result of an error, as well as any rewards points which relate to an Eligible Transaction which has been cancelled, reversed, or which relate to refunded amount.
- You can view your Reward Points by viewing your receipt from the Eligible Transaction or speaking to Reception at La Beauty
- Reward Points cannot be redeemed or transferred to gift vouchers.
- You cannot receive points from the purchase of gift vouchers.
- Gift voucher recipients can earn points from the purchase of services and products purchased with a gift voucher.
- You may terminate your participation in the La Beauty at any time by giving us written notice.
